Thane Gorek is an artist working in Northern Colorado. He studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 1995.
After graduating, Gorek chose to pursue oil painting, subsequently honing his skills and refining his visual vocabulary. In recent years his main focus has been on landscape painting featuring the beauty and mystery of natural places.
Thane Gorek currently resides in beautiful Loveland, Colorado. His meticulously rendered oil paintings can be found in numerous private collections both in the United States and abroad.
